You will meet the Hiring Manager or team member to discuss your work experience. This will give you a better understanding of the position.
You will receive an assessment – a personality and attributes questionnaire. The assessment can be completed from home and will take 30 – 40 minutes.
HR will send the job offer via email and follow up with a call to explain the offer. If you accept, HR will send you the employment contract to sign.

Wages are negotiable within the competitive salary range set by The Reading Group. The ranges have been established based on the organization, industry, and national standards. Desired salary expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
